NIEHOFF

  • The International Energy Agency expects renewable power capacity to grow by 2,400 gigawatts between 2022 and 2027 – equivalent to China’s entire power capacity today – with both the EU and the UK targeting multifold increases in offshore wind by the end of the decade.

Therefore, the global need for power cables will continue to be enormous.

With its latest innovation of an energy-saving and high productive rod breakdown line, Niehoff is offering a solution to satisfy this demand. Next to a novel drive technology for the drawing machine, the highly sophisticated and patented HEAT system (= High Efficiency Annealing Technology) features a breakthrough technology which will fundamentally change the production process of annealed copper and aluminum wires.

The presentation provides an insight to this landmark technology.
